RESEARCH
Survey & Interview
We established our research approach and goals after the project launch. Initially, we conducted an online survey with a sample size of 30 participants, and we chose eight of them for an interview to elicit more detailed information.
As a result, we came to the following points:
Users like to use services that are affordable and beneficial at the same time.
Users prefer to use websites that offer a wide variety of service options so they can pick the best one.
Users would prefer to read feedback on the website because it would help them make better decisions.
Competitive Analyses
We investigated the functions and features of five websites that were comparable. By doing so, we were able to create a more useful information architecture and identify the elements that our website ought to contain. Also, we realized that none of the competitors offered a real-time chat support feature, which we recognized as a valuable addition to our target users. This insight helped us shape a design by incorporating a chat support feature to enhance user engagement and provide timely assistance.
Persona
By using the quantitative and qualitative data from interviews and survey results, we created a persona
to specify the goals for our design and organize the data we gathered about the users during our research.
User Flow
Taking into account both the user’s demands and the project objectives, we developed
a user flow that illustrated the possible user journeys when selecting a service.
DESIGN
Mid-Fidelity Wireframes
On Figma, we drafted mid-fidelity wireframes to depict page layouts and the design concept.
Prior to the creation of the final content, the wireframes went through a number of iterations.
